Cajun fries are Cook Out’s seasoned potato side: same fry base as the plain fries, tossed in a pepper-forward blend. They are not cheese fries and not chili cheese fries. On dated Southeast boards (July 2026) they are often $2.39 à la carte — and they are the default first side on a Regular Tray.
If you want cheese on top, that is a different line: Cheese Fries (often $2.89).
Calories from the cited PDF
The public PDF lists Cook Out fries at 465 calories (6.9 oz) plus regular and large fry rows. It does not list a separate Cajun fries line. We will not invent a seasoning delta. Confirm in-store. Table: cited nutrition.
Best way to order
On a tray, Cajun fries plus hushpuppies is the pairing stores hear all night. You can double the Cajun side if both slots are fries. Some people put a quesadilla or Walking Taco in the second slot instead. Plan it in the Tray Builder.
What pairs well with Cajun Fries?
- → Big Double Cook Out Style — chili and slaw on the burger, Cajun heat on the side.
- → Cheerwine Float — sweet and fizzy against the seasoning.
- → Hushpuppies — the most common two-side pairing.
