Who publishes this site
Thecooksoutmenu.us is run as an organization-level fan project, not a personal brand with borrowed credentials. We do not invent a named analyst, callsign, or “industry expert” byline. Pages are attributed to the site, not to a fictional person. See About.
Prices
Cook Out does not publish one official national price list. We compile board-checked ranges from Southeast markets and stamp a verification date. Franchise stores can differ the same week. Full method: price methodology.
Nutrition and allergens
We do not invent calorie, macro, or allergen numbers. If we cannot cite a dated public Cook Out nutrition document already used in this project, we say so and point you in-store or to official restaurant materials. Planning estimates on older pages are labeled unofficial.
What we will not publish
- Fabricated testimonials, star ratings, or Review / AggregateRating markup.
- Unverifiable stats (“millions of users,” “#1 menu site”) without a date and method.
- Fake personal authors or borrowed professional credentials.
- FAQ schema for questions that are not visible on the page.
Photos
Some photos are illustrative stock or shared placeholders, not official product shots. We keep those files and label them honestly rather than pretending they were taken at a Cook Out window.
Corrections
If a board price, hours note, or description is wrong, email hello@thecooksoutmenu.us or use the contact page. We update the dated stamp when a material price pass changes.
Affiliation
This site is unofficial. Cook Out, tray names, and related marks belong to their owners. We exist to help people plan an order — not to speak for the restaurant.
